We have established in 1997 in Milas, Turkey asa fish farm. With every passing year we have grown rapidly and opened hatchery, processing, smoking and fish feed production facilities and became a completely integrated company. Now, Gumusdogs has many farms and fa operating in Turkey and has more than 1,000 employees. European Sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) and Sea bream (Sparus aurata) production has exceeded 30,000 tonnes in a year and keeps increasing. The fish are mainly sold to European market. Private label and retail products are also produced and sold to Europe. 12,000 tonnes of Rainbow
Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) fish is also produced and sold to Europe.Our product range consists of mostly fresh (whole, gutted or fillets) for Sea bass and Sea bream. But we have started to do frozen in 2017 and our capacity will grow. Regarding Trout, we can do both frozen and fresh, gutted, butterfly fillets, single fillets. We have spe Hot Smoked Trout Fillets. Harvest size of trout is between 200-350 grams.
